Complete with an ergonomic fist grip handle to easily rehydrate whilst ruining. Suitable for use on a treadmill, on short jogs or while completing marathon distances. The semi-translucent bottle allows you to keep track of your remaining fluid. A push & pull spout keeps the water enclosed but is easily accessed when the user needs to rehydrate.
